For Lease or Sale:  Two Dye & Finishing Plants located in Central Pennsylvania.

Over 71,000 sq/ft on one floor, with an additional 60,000 sq/ft distribution center (single story) which could be used as a cut & sew operation making a completely vertical operation!

There is also a  30,000 sq/ft paddle dye operation for garments etc.

Personnel available, all utilities are available with a good strong labor area, able to service: PA, NY, NJ, and many other areas.

The first plant is located in Milton, PA.  It is the old H. Warshow & Sons dyeing and finishing plant.  It is approximately 60,000 square feet on about two acres of land.  It is next to a rail spur [non-active, but can be activated if needed].  It was probably originally built in the 1920?s but has had at least four additions to it since.  The facility is primarily one floor, but there is a second floor for storage and light manufacturing with a service elevator. 

Our second plant is in Sunbury, PA.  It is 30,000 square feet.  18,000 of it was built in 2005 and is in excellent condition.  This new construction includes the dye house and the boiler room.  The remaining 12,000 square feet was constructed in 1940?s.  This plant is on about 1 ¾ acres.
